This policy explains refunds and cancellations for our digital guides.
Digital products
Our guides are digital downloads delivered instantly by email. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds after the guide has been delivered.
When we will issue a refund
We will gladly issue a full refund if:
- You were charged but did not receive your guide, and we are unable to deliver it to you; or
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
How to request
To request a refund for one of the reasons above, email us at [your business email] within 7 days of your purchase, including the email ID and payment reference used at checkout. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
As guides are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.
