By using this website and purchasing from Kaleidomind ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms.

What we sell

We sell digital self-improvement guides delivered as PDF files. Each guide is priced at ₹149 (unless stated otherwise at checkout) as a one-time purchase.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and support UPI, cards and net banking. Your purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Delivery and access

Our products are digital. After successful payment you are returned to our confirmation page, where your guide opens for you to read and save. No physical product is shipped. If your guide does not open, contact us with your payment reference and we will provide access promptly.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

All guides are the intellectual property of Kaleidomind and are licensed for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly. Doing so is a breach of these terms.

Educational disclaimer

Our guides are for general educational and self-improvement purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

Our guides are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaleidomind is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of the information in our guides.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
